Process Oriented Psychology (also Process Work), developed by Dr Arnold Mindell over the past 40 years; is an experiential psychotherapy and cross cultural approach to life, that follows the wisdom of our personal natural experience in order to find new meaning.
This non-judgemental approach assumes that even in the most difficult and strange experience a potentially meaningful message can be found when approached with curiosity and sensitivity.
The Process Work idea and its methods are applicable to a wide spectrum of areas
of life. These include the work with individuals, relationships, children, families and groups.
