An at-a distance course in Process Oriented Inner-work involving email and phone conference

 

Would you like support, coaching and training in developing a regular daily inner-work practice? Come and meet weekly for 12 weeks at “From within the Well”. 

The hexagram of “The Well” in the I Ching talks about tapping into the Tao, your creativity inspiration or wise Process that runs like a river underneath the everyday consciousness. The Well appears in many myths and Fairytales as a place where we enter a “different world”, the inner world of transformation, creativity and personal growth. 

“From within the Well” is an inner-work gathering and training course, helping you to develop skills to access your Tao, your inner wealth, abundant spirit or creative and fun process.  You will learn to develop an interest in your inner life develop your second attention and discipline of a daily inner-work meditation practice.

 

Who can attend?
This gathering welcomes anyone who is interested in fully living their life and connecting the underlying Tao or dreaming process and developing a mindful interested attitude towards inner experiences. Students of Process Work will practice and hone their second attention.  


How does it work?

  • A theory input and an inner-work exercise from my E-book will be posted on an email string every Sunday morning. (This includes some demonstrations of the exercises and Q&A.)
  • We will meet in a phone conference each Saturday morning for sharing, process discussion and questions. (Details will be announced closer to the course).
  • Two personal half hour inner work coaching sessions with me, are included in the course. They can be used at any time during the course to help you tracking your self-awareness, avoid getting stuck or ask specific questions. (email me for a booking).
  • I am also available on email if you get stuck. I can send you some tips to help you get on track again. 
  • The email string can also be used for participants during the week to share and exchanges experiences, and create an online community.

How much time is involved and what do I need?

    • It is suggested to take about 20 – 30 minutes per day to work on the exercise and write up your inner-work experience.
    • I suggest for you to start a journal to record your inner work experiences and also your night dreams. A journal will help you integrating your experiences and guiding you along the process.
    • Any kind of art t material to express and record your experiences.
    • 1 hour on Saturday in the phone conference for sharing, studying, and helping with working around unfinished processes.
    • 2 x half hours for the personal sessions.

    What will I get ?

    • 12 weeks of Process Oriented training in Inner work.
    • Weekly exercises and theory hand outs amounting to full E-book
    • 2 half hour personal sessions at convenient time for you
    • 12 weekly 1 hour phone conference check – in.
    • Interactive email string to connect with others and get to know each other, creating online community.
    • Personal email contact with Silvia if and when needed

    $600.00 for the 12 week course. (Full payment 2 weeks prior to class commencement)

    Facilitator: Silvia Camastral is a process-oriented psychotherapist in private practice, where she helps people to connect with their inner process or Tao. As a senior faculty member of ANZPOP (Australian and New Zealand Process Oriented Psychology), she trains and supervises students of this training program. Silvia also supervises therapists and counsellors from other therapeutic backgrounds.
